In my mind I am still 20. In my mind I could go up to BYU and fit in with the college kids. It wasn't until I was looking through some old family photos that I realized that I am getting older. We are all getting older. Darn it. Yeah, I am 17 years older than a college freshman. How did that happen?
I have to say though that I think I looked better when I was pregnant with Henri than I did when I was pregnant with Harriett. Darn those really bad, really short haircuts.

Is it just me, or besides the picture with short hair (because you have short hair) don't you look the same in all of these pictures which happens to be the same as when I met you oh so long ago?????????????????
We are not getting older. THEY are getting much much much younger and annoying. =)
love ya and happy late birthday!!!!
Hey, that first picture was at our apartment! :) Ahh, the good old days.
FYI, I was just told last week I looked 18... with 6 kids. ;)
Maybe older, but no less gorgeous. Or maybe more so. Love these photos. Please tell me you did some bad math on that college freshman stat?? (only b/c it applies to me, as well)
And who's that young redheaded thing? Reminds me of someone I know, but more innocent and youthful.
I hate when people younger than me complain about being old. You're just as cute as ever and so am I (despite the bags under my eyes).
P.S. Micah looks older, though. -LB
Bess, from someone who is going to be 53 on Saturday, YOU ARE NOT OLD. I was a freshman almost 35 years ago, and every time I step onto the BYU campus, I can't believe it's been that long ago. If it weren't for the fact that my body is falling apart, I'd feel very much like the kid that I used to be.
